➔ Welcome to the Center for International Strategies (NEI) at the University of Fortaleza. A space where local action is in tune with global thinking, from Fortaleza to the world and from the world to Fortaleza.
Our main objectives include encouraging the integration of teaching methods, the production of networked research, and the expansion of intercultural competencies. The purpose is clear: to promote the internationalization of Unifor and generate collective empowerment.
This expansion of horizons is achieved through policies based on international criteria, with local and global impacts. The entire academic community is invited to participate, from students and professors to university staff. How about embarking on this journey together?
We are linked to the Rectory of the University of Fortaleza; in whose building our office is located. All our activities are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the United Nations (UN).
Principles of equality and international solidarity, cooperation and reciprocity are highlighted in every action promoted by NEl. Exchanges, lectures, fairs, colloquia, among other events and initiatives, are part of this panorama.
For us, teaching, research and extension are opportunities to exchange knowledge across borders. The enrichment is mutual: Both the traveler and the host benefit. Concrete initiatives for cultural and human development are some of the fruits of this partnership.
